Hotelli sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä Stagecoachin taivaallisesta hiihtohissistä (5 minuutin kävelymatka) ja maailmankuuluun Rim Trailiin (alueen paras maastopyöräily ja vaellus!) ja 6 minuutin päässä kasinoista ja Lake Tahoe Village -keskuksen keskustasta. Aivan kodin edessä on sukkula, joten sinun ei tarvitse ajaa minnekään. Joko kävele hissille ja polkuille tai kulje kuljetus kasinoille. Se on täydellinen sijainti .... lähellä toimintaa, mutta paljon yksityisyyttä ja hiljaista.

** Paikallinen vinkki: Huoneisto sijaitsee taivaallisen vähemmän ruuhkaisella puolella ... ei pitkiä rivejä tai väkijoukkoja käsittelemään.

** Sijaitsee vain muutaman mailin päässä kasinoista, kaupoista, ravintoloista jne.

Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!

The property is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but our stay was significantly impacted by maintenance and management issues.The downstairs beds were very worn and sagged in the middle. The linens appeared clean but were worn and possibly stained. We also had trouble accessing the unit due to unreliable keypad entry codes.There was a severe leak at the bay window throughout our stay, requiring us to place and empty buckets multiple times a day. Each guest was initially provided only one towel; having extra towels and bedding available on-site is a modest and reasonable expectation for a rental of this type. We were also asked to bring items such as paper towels, laundry detergent, and coffee filters, which are typically provided in similar Vrbo rentals.Due to snow, the deck and stairs required clearing. Only part of the stairs had been addressed, and we had to clear the rest ourselves to ensure safe access. The deck was unusable, one of the deck chairs had a broken leg, and there were loose wires where a deck light appeared intended but was not functional. The Roku device never worked despite troubleshooting, and we had to use our own device to stream.With proper upkeep and clearer management, this property could be much better. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Jane, our host, is very responsive and helpful. So important, I think. We loved the location and the cleanliness of the condo. It was comfortable and had plenty of room for the four of us. Three nice size bedrooms with queen beds. Two down and one on the main floor with the kitchen and family room with dinner table. The kitchen was small for more than one really, but we managed fine. More was provided than we thought. A Mr. Coffee maker, Microwave and blender along with the normal fridge and stove. There was enough coffee to start off with and sugar or sweetener and coffeemate. We each had a day in the most comfortable swivel chair and the couch was just as comfortable. We like the area we were in. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises with our coffee from the deck off the livingroom. Each day I walked up and down the mountain and got lovely pictures of the lake from the other side of the mountain. The stairs up to the condo were a lot as we were told. It gave us a nice workout! My sister and I ate at breakfast at the Fox and Hound just a half mile down the road. It was delicious. I wish we had kept an evening open for dinner.

Short Tahoe Stay

Quaint rustic condo close to South Tahoe but up in the mountains and away from the in town madness. We came for a concert at Caesars outdoor amphitheater and this was perfect for us. There are steps but they are not steep.

Great Condo - Walk to Stagecoach Lift

Annual boys snowboarding trip, this was a great home base. All facilities as advertised, great views, walkable to lifts and convenient distance to South Lake Tahoe. Jane was a great host and very communicative.

to summarize would be that the description of the property is not true as advertised . It says ski in ski out but you just wouldn't . Over 50 stairs to the unit . Im glad I didn't have any elderly friends with me , it's a pain . The community hot tub is maybe 100 degrees , small , jets are bubbles . WiFi would have been nice but not happening . It's a nice comfortable place but quite a bit overpriced . There are big holes in the siding and wires hanging down the wall . We're contractors so we hate to see places that are in disrepair yet command a premium price . I wouldn't stay again for the money .

Mouse house

During our stay we found mice living in the house. The host didn't try to get rid of them instead said that we should not exterminate them, instead she made us sleep there. We ended up having to get our own traps and killed 5 mice. This place is unsafe and not for anyone to use. Now she is coming after us and making up damages in the house so she can recuperate money. Do not trust this host. Do not stay at this house. If you do, you're doing it at your own peril. In the description she says that the pilot light might blow out. I'm a handyman and the gas fireplace has no pilot. Never did have a pilot. You have to use your own lighter to light it. They say no pilot or that the pilot will blow out so they can save on gas. Wonderful Snowy Getaway

This place is 5 stars for many reasons. The location is ideal for anyone looking to ski Heavenly. The Stagecoach lodge and chairlift is a short 4-minute walk from the front door. There are restaurants and markets within walking distance. The cabin is cozy and clean. Nice kitchen and dining area. Great views from the reading nook and decks. Three big bedrooms and two nice bathrooms with showers. The downstairs bathroom has a big jacuzzi tub. There's plenty of storage for your wet ski equipment behind a locked door on the front deck. Overall, it is the perfect Tahoe experience.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about 12 minute drive to heavenly village and we were able to walk about 5 minutes to get to our ski lift. Great location and a beautiful condo.

Perfect Christmas Cabin

My family has been trying to plan a white Christmas in the mountains for several years now. This cabin worked out perfectly! Great location, walking distance to Heavenly Resort and ski lift. There are 2 restaurants and a general store within walking distance as well. Next to the general store, there is a perfect hill for sledding. There is a shuttle bus stop across the street from the cabin that is free and is only a 15-minute bus ride into South Lake Tahoe for all kinds of activities. The cabin is very cozy. The view from the patio decks across the valley is absolutely amazing. The indoor spa is just as spectacular as the pictures make it look; a perfect way to unwind after playing in the snow all day. The host, Jane, was awesome; very responsive and helpful on the VRBO app with all of our questions. The previous guests broke the coffee pot, and she ensured a new one was delivered the day of our arrival. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Jane!

Disappointing stay - Owner refused accountability

Jane was gracious & gave us early check in. When we arrived the laundry room was flooded with standing water. We immediately contacted her to let her know and sent video/pictures to try to help. She thanked us for letting her know and said she would contact someone (we told her no rush as we did not need the laundry room). The following day we were shocked to get a message from Jane that the she gave door code to a repair person who was in the condo WITHOUT our knowledge. It was an intrusion of privacy as I had my jewelry on the counter; professional courtesy would have been to notify us prior to his arrival. We drove back to the unit immediately & had to sit there for almost 2 hours while he did the repair. The code to the front door was not changed after his visit so we didn’t have peace of mind for security the rest of our stay.The outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work and the fans were covered in dust (my husband cleaned them in the sink because they were so filthy). Also, the air ducts were caked in dust. We were awoken at 5 AM each morning from the unit above that had a young child stomping around and screaming. Went back-and-forth with Jane as she refused to refund us the cleaning fee & she threatened to give the owners of the condo above us our names because we “yelled” at the parents who could not control their child at 5 AM. I am very thankful that my credit card company refunded us after they viewed the photos of the unit and message history with the owner.

Anniversary weekend

Beautiful area with a to die for view of the sunrise off the balcony. Lots of steps going up to unit (can’t remember if that’s listed in the description) so could be hard to get to for people with mobility issues. The hosts were great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed.

Loved the accommodation.

Stayed for 2 nights. House is great. Rooms are appropriate. Have a hot tub in the bathroom within the house. Balcony with a view and great living room to spend time with your friends. Beds are softer (I prefer firmer for myself). Loved the overall stay.

Bachelorette Weekend

Booked this stay for my friend's bachelorette weekend and we had the best time. Jane was supper responsive and gave us some recommendations. The house is located in a great area if you want to go hiking, to the beach, or go downtown for dinner. Would recommend!

Leaking roof, broken door

I've never written a bad review before. I'm sad to say that when we walked in, there were 5 big bowls of brown dirty water in the dining room due to a leaking roof. I contacted the host immediately (she was overseas) and she just said "oh no, I thought we fixed this".
