”Checked in 2 hours early so I was charged the extra $40 - ok no problem. We get to our room and it was a mess. Maid service wasn’t done. Bed was messed up. Trash everywhere. Bathroom disgusting. Go back to the front desk to a rude associate telling me the fee couldn’t be returned because I was still early. But nothing for the inconvenience of a dirty room and having to go get a new room. Hotel elevator didn’t work properly. Had to use the UP button to go down. The table dealers were unfriendly...

”We really enjoyed the home & especially the excellent proximity to dining, shopping, casinos, event centers. Home was very clean & comfortable, great kitchen amenities to cook. Excellent communication throughout. Our kids enjoyed the layout & separate spaces. Our only suggestion for improvement would be an outdoor hot tub! ”

”Everything was tastefully done. House had a great ski lodge vibe and was very private. House is perfectly located inbetween both nevada and california lifts, although we enjoyed stagecoachs parking and lift. They even thought of a gift basket for me and the lost boys. Well done. ”

”Everything was well equipped. (Am immersion blender would have been nice). Wi fi good. TV volume was too low and could not adjust. Few lightbulbs missing. A broken dining chair. Just a few helpful hints. Overall, our stay was great.”
