”The bed is a Murphy bed but I didn’t care about that. I had an amazing time.”

”The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

”This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. We are both allergic to string detergents but the staff was helpful in suggestions in finding alternatives. The only thing we didn’t experience was the restaurant...
