Whether you’re visiting Statesboro for business, Parents’ Weekend, or a big game, our home is designed to provide a relaxing, convenient, and comfortable stay. Located in downtown Statesboro, you’ll be just 2 miles from GSU and 4 miles from Mill Creek Park and the Ag Center.

The Space

Primary Bedroom
Features a king-size bed, smart TV (use your own logins), generous closet space, and double doors leading to the fenced backyard—perfect for pets. Shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with the second bedroom.

Second Bedroom
Includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, closet space, and shared bathroom access.

Third Bedroom
Offers a full-size bed and smart TV. (Closet is a locked supply closet.)

Tabletop power strips for easy device charging

Extra blankets and pillows in closets

Bathrooms

Shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the primary and second bedrooms.

A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen near the third bedroom.

Provided essentials include towels, hand towels, washcloths, hairdryer, and a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

Perfect for cooking during your stay!

Crockpot, toaster, blender, and all expected kitchen essentials

Dual coffee maker for K-cups or drip coffee (starter K-cups provided)

Cleaning supplies and fire extinguisher under the sink

Dining table seats 6 and can double as an island for meal prep

Living Area
A cozy, comfortable space to unwind with a large smart TV (guest login required). Great for movie nights or relaxing after a busy day.

Laundry Room
Washer and dryer available for guest use

Starter detergent and dryer sheets

Iron and ironing board

Extra batteries, light bulbs, flashlight, and a first aid kit

Outdoor Space
Enjoy the fenced-in backyard with a seating area—ideal for pets or morning coffee. Doggie bags are provided under the kitchen sink; please clean up after your pet.

Trash
The rolling trash can is located near the side parking area. Trash pickup is Wednesdays.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home except the locked supply closet in the third bedroom.
