• Please respect the neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.
• Cars are not allowed in the street because of central location. Paid parking is available 50 m from the apartment.
• Please do not rearrange the furniture, and please turn off the A/C & heat when you are not inside the space.
• Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.
