”My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. If you’re looking for a VERY quiet stay here is the place to be. If not and you prefer activities & nightly entertainment try somewhere else. ”Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. ”Beautiful beach and great rooms. The food and beverage let this hotel down. Very little choice on the menu and the quality was not great. The website states 2 restaurants to choose from, only one restaurant was open at a time. The beach/ pool drinks service was non existent. Many guests chose to eat elsewhere. This could be an amazing hotel with the right leadership.”

”Really enjoyed my stay at Regent Apartments. I arrived at 6 pm and Janice was waiting for me, gave me all the necessary information. The place was spacious and clean. They’ll provide beach towels and in kitchen was basic equipments to make food. Pool and sunchairs were nice add to place. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, and at first day I saw monkeys walking in streets. 5 min walk to supermarket (be sure to ask for the shortcut) and to nearest beach. Restaurants and shopping also 5-10 min walk....

”I stayed there during off-season so it was very quiet and they didn't have "Chef" etc. during that time. I got 50% discount compared to regular rate and they up-graded me to a nicer room without extra cost. Big hotels and resorts just can't offer that "old world" feel and personal service.”

”The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. ”
