Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds, great location, and quiet.We never could figure out the TV in the living room, but we were out doing things most of the time.

Ski vacation - be aware of limited bus transportation

Over all nice place. We were a group of 10 on a ski vacation. Listing is inaccurate regarding bus transportation. Bus (actually a van) had limited hours and limited area of coverage. In addition to the inaccurate VRBO listing, the welcome book in the condo had totally inaccurate transportation information. Not an issue if you plan to have a car.

Well located. Convenient to everything. Property was a bit dated and galley kitchen was one occupant only. Appliances were updated. Common space was a bit tight for more than 4 adults. Overall very adequate accommodations.

we loved the area and amazing views, I wish the rental would have been cleaner and more organized but all the bedrooms was nice, the property management was great to work with they checked in on us and fixed the dishwasher! we would stay here again!

Great Location, Beds for a Large Group

The property is in a great location near town and the ski resort. We had beds for 4 adults and 5 kids without issue. The property is a bit dated. Kitchen is on the older side, TVs are not "Smart" hard to get to Netflix and no option for and other streaming services or cable TV that we could get to work. Grill needs to be replaced. Cozy, but worked for what we needed it for.

Good location and amenities

The description of the property was accurate. It was a nice location being close but not too close to the main street. There were plenty of supplies like spices, cookware, towels, etc. It did get a little warm during the day but that's to be expected in July, it was nice that there were fans located in every room. There were dogs around the property so you could hear them barking but it never interrupted my sleep. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great place for our 2 families with 5 kids!

Great location

The property was located really well to all things in Steamboat. It was clean (although the carpets are in rough shape and look like they could use a cleaning). The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. With 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms which meant each bedroom had their own bathroom, which is a plus. The living space is very small. There was a fold up dining table, which we couldn’t use, due to the cramped space, but since we ate out most nights, that wasn’t a big issue. If you wanted a table to sit around, to eat or play games, this probably wouldn’t work, otherwise, our party of 8 made it work. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I’d stay here again.

Family get together

Nice location easy access Provides plenty of room for four couples and 3 small kiddos. A couple of things organize kitchen utensils and pans better and go through the pantry of food items and clean out all of the old or out of date spices etc and needs to cleaned up. We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself and will use iTrip again. Just a minor thing .... we ould stay here again if the opportunist presents itself and will Trip in the future.

We had a great stay! Nice space for families. The outdoor space next to the house is perfect for kids to play. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Location was close to everything.

Great Location

Close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of sleeping space and lots of bathrooms!! Notes: be sure to check your email/spam from iTrip vacations...I missed a few. Also, there is not an air conditioner and the top floor can get a little warm late affternon/early evening in the summer, but usually cooled off in the evening with the windows open.

Very adequate housing for our group

Served our needs very well. Somewhat dated furniture, especially the sofas ( one has a large tear in the seat cushion covering, and the tv in the living room would not connect to the service provider. Good location, plenty of room and the jacuzzi tub was great.

Great Location but Kitchen Needs Help

Townhome is in a great location. The kitchen needs help. Stove elements didn't sit properly to use pans. Needs new pots and pans and silicone cooking utensils.

Wonderful location, each BR has a bathroom, comfy beds.

This is a fabulous location to access the town, the ski area, the Hot Springs. It is well furnished and has a lot of supplies in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, bedding and towels were clean, surfaces were clean, and there is a washer and dryer available. There’s a boatload of games, two balconies, and best of all every bedroom has its own bathroom. There is some original art which makes it homey; lots of blankets & extra towels; & enough chairs to sit together to eat (which we liked & not all rentals do). The lower level was freezing and needs a space heater-no matter how much we increased the heat upstairs & closed those vents, we could not modulate the two spaces. The carpet is worn & dirty, the paint have patches from repairs as if preparing to paint, and the tubs have caulk covering mold (I don’t like that). So perhaps they’re in the midst of some upgrading. We understand it gets a huge amount of traffic so we just made sure to wear our slippers or or socks got dirty. We really loved our stay but just like to be accurate & helpful for the next guest to know what you’re getting into. We would definitely come here again as the location was ideal and it’s hard to find bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It felt like a real home and that was appreciated.

Great Getaway

Wonderful house in a great location. It's proximity to everything was so helpful. It was cute, clean, and perfect for our group. The only thing I'd say, is the downstairs is super chilly, and often we could feel cold air coming in through the closes window in the room.

comfortable and clean but living space was a tad small

We had a great stay here during our family vacation. The dining and living area is small for the amount of people it can sleep. It worked for us since we only used the kitchen for breakfast. I think it would be tight if we were doing all our meals here. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. Bonus. They provided us with a wooden baby gate and there were plenty of baby toys for our toddler to play with.

Great condo and perfect location!

We had a wonderful time staying here while in Steamboat! Two families shared the location with plenty of space in the bedrooms but the kitchen and family room are very small. Not a big issue but no real dining area without moving couches and unfolding a table/chairs, only 4 coffee mugs and minimal silverware for a 4 bedroom condo so would recommend re-stocking. That said, overall a fantastic spot and well-positioned for town and the mountain.
