  • This centrally-located mountain home is as modern as it is spacious, with attractive wall art, burnished floors, and a brick-lined fireplace column in the center of the living space. When you're not enjoying all the fantastic ski runs of Steamboat Ski Resort, just a mile walk from the home, take advantage of the beautiful full kitchen, where you'll have all the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and gorgeous cookware you need to turn out world-class homecooked meals. You can serve your guests at the elegant round dining table or outside on the private patio for an al-fresco meal with amazing views. Enjoy a hot-weather hike on one of the many nearby trails then go for a refreshing dip in the shared pool or a hot soak in the shared hot tub.

    Steamboat Ski Resort is sure to please any cold-weather enthusiast, but summer guests have plenty to look forward to as well with hikes on Fetcher Pond, Sanctuary Trail, and Yampa River Core Trail. Tee off on the lush greens of some of the area's best golf courses like Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, Haymaker Golf Course, or Catamount Ranch & Club.

Lovely condo, just right for 4 adults. Clean and efficient with extra supplies readily available. Shuttle loop to lifts and on-demand shuttle to town a big bonus, especially in heavy snow.

Spring Break visit to Steamboat

This was the perfect space for our family of 3 for spring break. This space could easily accommodate 5-6 people very comfortably. The location was perfect! The shuttle service was quick and we were only a couple minutes (5min. Max) from the base. Easy pick up and drop off. We loved having the fireplace in the living room and both bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again! No complaints!

Great find - 2 master suites!

This was a wonderful condo and everything went smoothly. We have never found a condo with two equal master suites with king beds and en suite bathrooms. We really appreciated the Vacasa shuttle to the slopes as well as the on-call shuttle to downtown in the evenings. We were pleasantly suprised that we were able to get a second parking pass and there was room for both cars to park in the underground parking garage.We would absolutely stay again!

Steamboat vacation

The location is nice the shuttle service is convenient. However there were too many things that bothered us with this place to book again. The washer was really loud along with the fan in every bathroom that automatically turned on with the light switch and the one toilet that would not stop running. It would have been a much nicer experience if this place was better maintained.

Great Property

My husband and I had a great stay at this location. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were identical- clean, stocked- just as described. Having the balcony was nice for morning coffee and breakfast. The free shuttle stop was conveniently located right accross the road. We could see the pool from our balcony, but we never used it because we were so busy out and about. We had plenty of ammenities to cover our stay in the bathrooms and kitchen, so the only thing we needed to provide was our food. We enjoyed this location and would love to come back with our kids or another couple. Every restaurant was amazing, and I highly recommend doing a guided atv tour to see the beautiful sights during the summer or early fall.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the space was perfect for us, plenty of room, nice full kitchen to cook in if your too tired to go out, great balcony, beds were comfy. Wonderful bathroom showers. It was nice we were able to park inside too. Great communication with Property Manager. Can't wait to go back!

Condo just right, but management disappointing

The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. We did have a problem when we checked in with the condo being cleaned. We checked in well after the check in time and when we arrived to the condo we found that it had not been cleaned from the prior guests. At the same time we found this out the front desk called to tell us there had been an issue, which we had already found. They sent a cleaning crew up but we were just standing there for awhile while they cleaned around us. This was very inconvenient as we had to get ready for an event that evening. We ended up going to a friend’s to get ready and we were told a manager would reach out the following day. We never heard from anyone, which is disappointing. I would have expected management to reach out and apologize and offer some sort of discount. Again the condo itself was perfect once cleaned but I would have expected the property manager to be better with customer service.

Nice condo,

We had a nice stay and the condo is as described. All the fireplaces are great. However, the management company was not. At 9am one of the mornings, a maintenance worker just used the code and walked right in while we were all sitting around in our pajamas. One person told him there were still people sleeping and he just continued on in saying he needed to check the sink. Additionally, the oven didn’t work and we couldn’t make our dinners with all the groceries we had bought. After we checked out I notified the management company, who only said thanks for letting them know and offered no compensation in any form. I won’t stay in rentals from Steamboat Resorts at Wyndham again.

Great condo near the mountain

We were two couples and this was a great condo near the mountain. Having two masters worked great so that both couples had the same type of room. The only issue we ran into was that the fireplace didn't work in one of the bedrooms and the cable was not working in the other. Neither of these things at all deterred our enjoyment of the condo - we would definitely stay there again!
