You'll have unbeatable access to the resort's 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain in winter, as well as fantastic hiking and mountain biking come summer. The free shuttle bus even picks up on the corner in front of the building, allowing you quick and free access to the Yampa River Core Trail (a 7.5-mile, multi-use trail that runs through Steamboat Springs) and shops, restaurants, and hot springs downtown.

As you step inside, you'll come into an entry hall with an upholstered bench, hooks, and cubbies to assist in the removal and storage of your outdoor gear. Walking down the hall will bring you into an open living space that's full of charm, character, and light, offering natural plank ceilings, large picture windows, and a wood-burning fireplace encased in a brick hearth.
