  • Welcome to Torian Plum Creekside 111, a favorite of vacationing families during any season for its easy ski access and sweeping views of the Steamboat Ski area. Torian Plum Creekside 111 is a ground-floor, ski-in/ski-out condo, and its convenient location within the complex provides quick access to the Ski area, Torian's outdoor heated Pool and Hot Tubs, or any number of on-site restaurants. This condo features a touch of modern class throughout. The generously sized kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals or entertaining visiting guests. In the living area, the plush armchairs and couch area perfect for relaxing by the gas fireplace and watching your favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV. Enjoy the natural light and spectacular views of the ski area; you can watch skiers or mountain bikers making their way down the resort from the comfort of your condo. Better yet, head out onto the private balcony and listen to the sounds of Burgess Creek flow by.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great Christmas Week with family

Fantastic, updated, well appointed…I could keep going. Ski lockers were a huge plus. The kitchen had everything we needed to craft our Christmas eve feast! Highly recommend this condo.

Great location/condo

We loved that this property was ski in/ski out. Everything was convenient (ski rental, ski lockers, restaurants, and ski lifts). The unit was very nice with every amenity that we could need. It is very spacious and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend.

Perfect Location for Easy Ski Access and Restaurants

Our unit overlooked the main lift area of Steamboat, with ski storage right by the door and a short ride down the slopes to the gondolas. High quality restaurants and ski rental/repair shops are also right next door, with heated sidewalks making it safe and fast to access anything you need. The unit itself was well appointed and very, very clean (one of the cleanest VRBO I have stayed at).

Great Location

Perfect ski in/ ski out property right near all the fun apres ski activity. I was initially worried it would be loud as it is so close to restaurants and bars but it quieted down perfectly at night and condo was very peaceful. Everything was clean and front desk was super helpful when we needed something. Plenty of underground parking as well. Would definitely go back!

Family Ski Trip

We loved the convenience of the condo for skiing with children. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. We eat all meals at the condo. I really appreciated the quality of the kitchen equipment. We came from 3 different states for this trip. I did my research so we would all be able to have space to both enjoy one another and have privacy when needed. The pool and hot tube was perfect after skiing as well. We will be back

Perfection!

This condo was absolutely perfect- exceeded our expectations. My husband and I with 4 teenage boys folded easily into the space. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom. Condo was Immaculate and more spacious than I expected .. updated bathrooms and fresh neat linens and towels.. very organized All new kitchen appliances and everything you need for cooking. Great view looking at the mountain! We made good use of hot tub, so convenient from this first floor condo- quick walk down hallway to pool area. We were able to ski right down to that area by pool, in the door, drop skis in the locker .. all just steps from our front door. A+ spot and we will be back! (My only suggestion… if it were my place, I’d have a big fat sectional sofa in living room that would accommodate more people for comfortable lounging in front of fire or tv) Overall and absolute win. Loved our stay. Expensive, but was Worth the extra $$ for the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience!

Well appointed and fantastic location

The location could not be beat. A very short walk down the hallway is the ski lockers with own locker for each room. The locker fit 6-7 pairs of skis. A couple more steps down the same hall and you are outside at the pool/hot tub. 100 more feet and you're on the slope, headed down to the gondola or Christie Express. Several restaurants within walking distance. The Slopeside Grill was a solid choice for our family. Inside, the kitchen was spectacular with everything we could hope to cook with. Even grapefruit spoons! Everything was well maintained and spectacularly clean. The bunk beds are actually full over full (not twins), which hit our group even better. All of the beds were comfortable. Our only very trivial complaint is that the convenient proximity to the trash area, elevator, and access road meant that there was some noise at inconvenient times. It didn't bother our group however. All in all, fabulous stay, can't wait to come back!

Perfect for family Christmas!

We spent Christmas and a birthday here for 4 nights. The condo is perfect for being together, but separate. Everyone has their own bathroom and bedroom. The location is right next to the slopes so we could dip in and out for a few runs, then eat lunch, then back out. The kitchen is so well appointed - we cooked most meals in. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming.

Awesome ski in/ski out condo for a family or group

We have stayed at and rented condos in a lot of ski areas over the years and this one was even better than described on the site - newly redone and very clean, spacious enough for my husband and I as well as 5 kids. The location is fantastic in this building in terms of proximity to gondola and village, ease of parking. And within the building the unit itself is in a perfect spot, it is right down the hall from ski storage/pool/hot tubs/fitness area, close to elevator for super easy/quick garage access. I also have to mention that the kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens in terms of high quality pots/pans/kitchen gadgets that I have ever seen in a rental unit and since we made several meals there it was a huge bonus. We all agreed we would definitely stay there again next time we go to Steamboat.

Excellent Stay at Steamboat

Very clean and newly redone condo, plenty of space for our group of 2 adults and 5 teens. The unit was very well appointed especially in the kitchen with new and high quality pots/pans and kitchen tools - which made cooking meals a few times during our stay very easy. Location of the building to gondola/village was great and the unit itself is very convenient to ski storage/hot tubs/fitness area and garage parking. We would definitely look to stay in this unit again if we are back at Steamboat.

Great location, perfect for our family

We had 2 adults and 4 children, including two teenagers. It was a great spot for skiing with easy access to the lifts. We could all come and go to the slopes as we needed to, very convenient. It was updated nicely. We will definitely be back!

Great location, perfect for our family

We had 2 adults and 4 children, including two teenagers. It was a great spot for skiing with easy access to the lifts. We could all come and go to the slopes as we needed to, very convenient. It was updated nicely. We will definitely be back!

Great amenities and great location so we could ski right down to the gondola

We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation! The condo was in the perfect location near the guest lounge, work-out room, ski lockers and hot tubs and pool. The home had a well equipped kitchen and included many extras to make our shopping trip much lighter. Not to mention, the snow here was awesome! We would love to come back again!

Unit was very nice

My family loved this unit. It was well stocked, very well laid out and we felt right at home.
