This beautiful two-bedroom, top-floor condo at The Villas at Walton Creek provides the perfect mountain getaway less than a one-mile walk to the slopes and only one block from the complimentary ski shuttle.

Take in the alpine air from one of the two spacious decks; the outdoor space off the living area is equipped with a bistro table with four chairs and a gas grill, while the deck off the main bedroom has two Adirondack chairs perfect for sipping your morning cup of coffee.

The home was recently renovated from floor to ceiling and is professionally decorated. Unwind in front of the flickering gas fireplace in the living area after fun-filled days on the slopes. The warm living area boasts an insulated slider that allows light to cascade in, a vaulted ceiling lined with wood, an entertainment cabinet, two leather sofas, a cozy soft wool rug, and a 55” TV with cable. Whip up tasty treats in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar, and ample counter space. You'll have everything you need with bonus cookware such as a crockpot, two coffee makers, a rotating Belgian waffle maker, an electric griddle, blender, toaster, and bakeware. When it’s time to eat, dine at the six-person table.

Additional amenities include a heated garage, complimentary WiFi, and a full-size front-loading washer/dryer.

After days spent skiing or hiking, take a soak in either one of two shared hot tubs.

The year-round complimentary Steamboat shuttle, located just one block from your rental, will whisk you to the area’s hot spots as well as the ski resort, located 0.8 miles away. If you love scenic walks, head outside the development, cross over Walton Creek Road, and follow the path along Burgess Creek. On the walk to the ski slopes, you’ll pass by a peaceful pond and walk over a beautiful stone bridge. Enjoy being a short drive from popular restaurants and local shops. Head just more than one mile to Wild West Balloon Adventures for a birds-eye view of Steamboat.

This vacation rental is not equipped with air conditioning but has ceiling fans and three new portable fans, which effectively cool the home.
In the second bedroom, there is no access to a closet.There is a tall dresser, side table, and additional clothing storage available in the living room using the front closet, console cabinet, and coffee table

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
