  • Full of natural light and picturesque mountain views from the private balcony, this ski-in/ski-out retreat is just the thing your family needs to get out and enjoy some mountain fun. Sitting just steps away from the lifts, skiers and snowboarders will be in paradise with the ease of hopping on and off the slopes. After a long day outside, warming up by the gas fireplace will be just the way to settle down while dinner cooks in the fully equipped kitchen. During warmer times of the year, take a glass of wine or cold drink out to the private balcony and breathe in some fresh mountain air as the sun goes down. Everyone can gather at the large dining table to reminisce over a board game and head into the living area for a movie night as the stars come out.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums are located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Great ski condo

Location is ideal and the condo is well appointed and maintained. Excellent Mountain and ski base views. Parking is very convenient as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing!

This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at in Steamboat. The views were spectacular and The accommodations were so comfortable. It is such easy access to the Slopes. I would love to stay here again. Can’t wait to see if it is listed for next year!

Perfect!!

Perfect location, perfect layout, perfect amenities! I wanna go back!!! The views are incredible! Only suggestion is to make sure the A/C is turned on before guests arrive on hot summer days - it took awhile for the A/C to take effect!

Perfect Ski In/Out Location

A true Ski in/out location. Beautiful views of the mountain. Easy access to restaurants and shops at the base of the mountain. Convenient shuttle service to town. Comfortable beds. Just know that you will hear the beep-beep-beep of the groomers as they do their thing at 4:30am....but that's how you know the mountain will be ready for perfect turns when you get up. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and absolutely recommend it to others.

Wedding Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay! 7 adults fit very comfortably in this beautifully appointed condo - as nice as pictured in the listing. Furnishing were in mint condition - beds and linens were top quality and very comfortable. Views were quite beautiful, too! We were very happy to have A/C since the August temps were in the 90's. Pool was clean and refreshing with pool towels provided. Short walk to the gondolas and right around the corner from three convenient restaurants, too!

Perfect location

Unit 413 is beautifully decorated making it warm and inviting. The corner location gives the most amazing view of the mountain and base area. Just put your ski’s on and ski right down to the gondola. 3 hot tubs and heated pool are awesome too! Didn’t realize there was a free shuttle from Vacasa as well, just call and they will take you anywhere in town. Would absolutely stay here again

Great place!

The location of this property is superb! Great views of the mountainside. The beds were comfortable, kitchen very workable, and a very nice place to stay. You could easily call it home!

Amazing vacation

This condo is amazing. Clean, cozy and close to everything. It appears that most of the units at the resort don’t have a/c units, but this one does. In the evening things cool down a lot, but it was nice to have on a warm summer day.

Ski Vacation

Torian Plum is a great location at Steamboat ski resort. The ski in ski out made it so fun to breeze in and out of our condo at any time during the day. Condo 413 was the perfect size and comfort for our family. We definitely plan to return

Great Condo - A little noisy in mornings

The condo was wonderful! Had everything we needed,very clean, comfortable, etc. The only small downside was that the trash collection and snow plows start about 5:30am each day. it is quite loud from 5:30am - @ 6:30am. Our crew didn't sleep past 5:30am each day and was tired. Wish it had been just a bit quieter so we could rest a bit more.

Perfect location. Perfect layout. Perfect amenities and exceptional staff! Only note for improvement would be to have the A/C started before arrivals on hot summer days - it took us quite awhile to cool the place!

Very Clean Rooms, Professional & Friendly Staff

Very clean room. Staff very professional and friendly. Greg was very helpful when my daughter was sick. I would definitely come back to Torian Plum and recommend to friends.
