Whether you're looking for that perfect wintertime ski chalet or a great home base for some hot-weather hikes, this amazing four-bedroom home is sure to put a smile on everyone's face! When you're not enjoying the ski runs of Steamboat Ski Resort just steps away, hang out in the suite's spacious living area to read a good novel, or watch a favorite DVD movie on the large TV. Use the high-speed internet to research a new recipe or cuisine then get crackin' in the full kitchen, where you'll find all the fun gadgets, stainless steel appliances, and ample countertops you need to prepare a delicious meal. On the lower level, you'll find bedrooms, each with queen beds. One of them even has an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Both rooms enjoy TVs for your entertainment.

While winter visitors have all the amazing winter slopes right next door, summer guests will love all the hikes they find at places like Sanctuary Trail, Fetcher Pond, and Yampa River Core Trail. . Take the young ones to Howelsen Ice Arena where they'll be able to watch games, take skate lessons, and even enjoy ice-rink bumper cars!

Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
