    An open floor plan helps your group stay connected and classic lodge décor give this condo the perfect slopeside vibe.

    You're just a 5-minute walk to the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Enjoy your favorite winter sports or fun summer events, as well as year-round dining and shopping.

    ABOUT THE CONDO

    After you stash your gear in the ski lockers, head up to your condo for a relaxing evening at home. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare belly-warming home-cooked meals. Sip a drink at one of the bar's four stools while a pot of chili bubbles on the stove. The nearby dining nook offers a table for six.

    In the living room, the gas fireplace helps create a cozy ski resort atmosphere. Grab a seat on the sleeper sofa or two chairs and spend the evening reliving your day's adventures while your favorite tunes play on the stereo. Or unwind with a movie on the 42” flat-screen TV

    When night falls, rest your head on the master bedroom's king bed. Catch a late show on the 32” flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

    The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 20” flat-screen TV, and the adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

    Extras for this home include complimentary Wi-Fi and a stacked washer/dryer. The ski lockers located off the garage offer a convenient spot to stash your gear. Guests will have one assigned parking spot in the garage.

    THE LOCATION

    There's never a dull moment here: you're just a half-mile walk to the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. Try an array of fun winter activities, including skiing, snow shoeing, dog sledding, and more.

    After you've worked up an appetite, head over to Truffle Pig for an upscale casual restaurant with American fare. For a quick treat, Iron Waffle and Coffee Company serves authentic Belgian-style waffles and more. Or for a beer and hearty meal, Steamboat Bräu Haus is the spot. All are less than a half-mile away.

    In summer, rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards at One Stop Ski Shop (9-minute drive) and head over to the Yampa River. Or stop at Wheels Bike Shop (9-minute drive) and go for a ride on the Yampa River Core Trail.

    At Gondola Square, you'll find a perfect spot for sunbathing and splashing in Burgess Creek. With more than 50 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking, and one of the best downhill ski areas in the world, you won't be short on outdoor adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Terraces at Eagle Ridge N11. Our flight arrived early and the management company did everything they could to let us check in early. It was truly appreciated. Very clean unit with great access to the mountain. We will be back!!

I had several engagements with Vacasa and they were less than useless. The door to the hot tub was not obvious and nobody could help. I left my hat at the hot tub and they were unable to figure out who to talk to in order to ask who who maintains the hot tub.

Condos in desperate needs of upgrades & safety check

Poor experience with our recent stay in Steamboat Springs. Gave feedback to the local property manager (Turnkey) about our stay. Condo in need of upgrades, both inside and out as it looks to be pretty dated. Steps down to pool are partial closed and dangerous (broken concrete, rusty metal sticking out - have the pics), an accident waiting to happen with poor/no signage. Inside the condo needs some attention as well. Broken/old/damaged windows & blinds were not fun to navigate. Spent time with my spouse jamming them into place when the rain came. Just calling out a couple of concerns we found during our stay. While Turnkey was incredibly responsive when I brought things up during our stay, they just couldn't fix major property issues. I was given two $25 refunds for the inconvenience but it wasn't nearly enough. I asked the home team for a call back several times but no call came. Had things been properly advertised on VRBO, we would have paid more and stayed somewhere else without all the issues we found at this property. Beware of this property until upgrades are put into place, especially in and around the pool. Pool should be closed until updates are made. The local property manager visited for himself during his stay...his comment was "I will be talking to the HOA and the owner". Disappointed in Turnkey, they did not stand by their promise (With Turnkey Vacation rentals, you'll always find unique vacation rental properties with a consistent, fine hotel experience...Every Home. Every Stay. Every Time. That is our promise. ) WHAT. A. JOKE.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean, cozy and in a perfect location near the gondola. I especially loved the fact that with a table for 6 and 4 barstools, our children and grandchildren(who were staying at nearby house) were able to comfortably join us for meals! The kitchen is also very well-equipped. I have a minor complaint but correcting the problem could make a huge difference in a good night's sleep....the mattress cover on the bed in the master bedroom does not fit the bed well and it would pop off the corners of the mattress in the middle of the examining the problem, I have deduced that a cotton mattress pad would not slide as much as a polyester one on top of a silky mattress surface and perhaps be tighter on the corners. But that is an easy fix...just get anew cotton mattress pad that fits!!! All in all, great fun and an awesome condo in Steamboat!!! Turnkey was outstanding in customer service. We were locked out and had a replacement key in no time from the local rep!!!!

I can genuinely say I enjoyed my stay and loved this place. Very impressed that everything was identical to the virtual tour on the listing. Super clean, cozy and wonderful location! The check-in/check-out process was seamless & I can’t wait to re-book once I return!

The place was very nice. large, comfortable, good parking, short walk to gondola. unfortunately, building developed a leak and we had to move. Turnkey worked hard to make things right, but they moved fairly slowly (we had to stay in a place with remediation equipment for night). more important, it highlighted that they have fairly limited inventory for dealing with these situations (we had to switch buildings, not just move to different unit in building). It seems like renting directly from property might offer some advantages, although hard to be sure. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the condo to be as described. And it suited me and my husband and teenage son just fine. I liked that it had an entry way for the coats and boots. It comes with a parking spot in the garage which we always look for when booking a ski rental. The walk to the gondola was short(7 minutes) and pleasant on a pathway and a good way to warm up the legs. We rented in gondola square with free boot and ski storage. There are lots of windows in the unit making it bright and somewhat of a view. However, the master bedroom window has a security light that shines through the wood blinds. My only other complaint is that the baseboard heat in the master bathroom did not seem to work well, so ice cold floor and toilet. The carpet off the kitchen was dirty. But all and all a nice place. Oh, and beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately we never made it to the pool and hot tub.

We found the condo to be as described. And it suited me and my husband and teenage son just fine. I liked that it had an entry way for the coats and boots. It comes with a parking spot in the garage which we always look for when booking a ski rental.The walk to the gondola was short(7 minutes) and pleasant on a pathway and a good way to warm up the legs. We rented in gondola square with free boot and ski storage. There are lots of windows in the unit making it bright and somewhat of a view. However, the master bedroom window has a security light that shines through the wood blinds. My only other complaint is that the baseboard heat in the master bathroom did not seem to work well, so ice cold floor and toilet. The carpet off the kitchen was dirty. But all and all a nice place. Oh, and beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately we never made it to the pool and hot tub. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

great location, clean and well cared for unit

Great location on the mountain. The unit is clean, well stocked and obviously well cared for. Heated garage was a big plus. Shuttle transportation was excellent. Highly recommended!
