Located one block from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, this charming home is both private and cozy, ideal for quiet family vacations and ski weekends with friends. Walk to the lifts and bask in the attention and friendly service you deserve!

Warm and inviting, this ground-floor condo features a gas fireplace in the living area and exposed wooden beams supporting the wood-paneled ceiling. Prepare cost-saving meals in the well-equipped kitchen then gather in the dining area with seating for six. The furnished patio is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, and for indoor entertainment, you'll find three TVs.

The main bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a queen bed as well as a twin bed in the second bedroom, plus an additional full bathroom. The living room also has a sofa bed, should you need additional sleeping space. As of November 2024, this unit as all new mattresses.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. When it's time to dine out, you're within walking distance of popular local restaurants and coffee shops. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs. Take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, 3.5 miles north. And for summertime fun, visit the Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, roughly two miles west. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
