”The home is undergoing extensive renovations - there were issues:non-working windows, no privacy shades in some rooms, a horrible non-working, filthy grill - that was replaced, lack of property grooming - weeds, constructions debris. Limited supply of towels. Front seating area Adirondack chairs that were dilapidated, unclean. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned off prior to our stay. There were delivery boxes everywhere - including front steps, in front of garage door. The host was...

Steamboat Springs

”This condo was the perfect location. Walking distance to the base of the mountain and an easy, short ride to the town of Steamboat Springs. The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the misleading photos of the Mountain View. In the summer the trees are in bloom and you cannot see the mountains :.(. Also, the carpet could use a good shampoo or replacing on the stairs and lower level. Otherwise it was super cozy, clean and communication was spot on. Thank you for sharing your condo. We had the most...

”The VRBO was nice, clean, and spacious. Nicely decorated, and had very comfortable furniture in the living room. Bathroom was well stocked and towels were clean and soft. Our bed was comfortable. Communication was wonderful, and the host went above and beyond to provide a kitchen item I asked about. It was unusually hot when we were there. There were a couple of fans, but we couldn’t open the windows because most of the screens were missing and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Beautiful views, and...

10. Tatanka Suite at Eagles Watch

walden

”Down-home comfortable is an understatement when describing the Tatanka Suite. The property appears exactly as advertised and was clean and well furnished. Check-in was the easiest I've ever encountered. North Park, the region that includes Walden, features mountain views in every direction, and the suite featured big windows that made for easy enjoyment of those views. A very pleasant stay,”

11. Juniper - Get away with modern conveniences

Clark

”Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was great. The cabin was updated, the beds incredibly comfortable, and it contained all the essentials. The onsite amenities could use some updating, when in this part of CO a pool, tennis and a playground are really not necessary.”
