”Loved the location where the cabins are on the other side of the lake. Beautiful view of lake, very peaceful! The only drawback for us (3 senior ladies) there was no swimming access even though there should have been! You can only swim at the lodges designated swim. A roped off small area with lifeguard. We would rather swim across from our location. The cabin was nice and clean but bunk beds weren’t the best for older ladies. We dealt though! Loved the porch and serenity! ”

”We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. ”

”Theresa was very responsive and check in and out was simple. The place is quite lovely and we enjoyed using the fireplace. It is high end Glamping, full kitchen with a place to sleep. We brought our own lawn chairs to enjoy the outdoors and amazing porch. It is very close to floating, lovely surroundings and quiet. The only thing that is needed is towel hooks on the porch or more in the bathroom or bedrooms for wet towels after floating. I will definitely stay here again in the future. ”

”My family and I rented the Bluebird Cabin for 4 days. It was a dream! It’s close to trout fishing, swimming, floating, and many other things. We even got rained out and still had a blast. It’s a great place to go to unplug as there is no service except for WiFi but honestly, who needs a phone when you’re busy having so much fun.
