Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner. ”Rooms are nicely decorated and are not just typical 5 star hotel plain/flavorless rooms. Breakfast was excellent as well as the 5 Rooms Restaurant (live Jazz band was definitely a nice plus!).
