”The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys! We will be back!

”I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.”

”The building or my room was as basic as it gets. Quite uninviting and unwelcoming - as I said - very basic. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms.
Shower stream was very weak, but water temp was good - hot.
Bathroom door was creaking
For 3 night's stay - we asked for room to be cleaned only to get back and was same. Not once was it cleaned.
My wife and I were left wondering if this was typical of Tru By Hilton or was it because this was near a college campus?”
