Location is great, enjoyed all of Athens, explored the Huntsville attractions, and the Smokey mountains are a beautiful 2 hour drive away for an amazing day out. Property itself is safe and secured, and possibly the best sunrise you’ll ever have the pleasure of being a part of. The land around feels like home and could easily spend an entire day out there by the pond, enjoying all the wildflowers...

”We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had several hiccups in our trip and the host was so great helping us! The house was clean, very nicely decorated. Awesome location on the water. I will say if you are bringing a boat, talk with the owner about bringing it down the drive. It's down a hill with a circle drive in front of the house and pea like gravel. Our big boat on trailer was not easy to get out but we made it happen. There are kayaks to use. 2 big and a youth. They went above and beyond...
