”The room was clean and continental breakfast was decent. The only downside was the pool was closed at 8pm and the AC was off when we got in the room so we had to wait for it to get semi cool.”

”I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

”We did not use the pool, but the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did take advantage of the fridge and the coffee and the breakfast one morning. There were a couple of things that were of concern in the bathroom. There was no mat for the tub and no nonslip stripes either. I actually did slip a bit & had to wash my feet holding on to the only grab bar there was. The shower curtain was also a bit too short, and the movement of showering caused it to move, and water went...
