”Booked this hotel because it advertised that breakfast was included. When we walked down on our first morning, we found out that it was NOT included. But the staff was extremely nice, room was clean and the shuttle drop off/pick up was great! Also, be aware that there is a charge to valet/park your vehicle per night.”

”The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows....

”Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel ”

”Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving. However, for those who enjoy this style of stay and...
