”A lovely house! Very convenient for a Tanglewood weekend.”

”Cute little rental. Very friendly host.”

”Lovely location with a view of the mountains from the deck. Both bedrooms- a master bedroom and a kids room are air conditioned. (The living room and kitchen are cooled with overhead fan)”

”Host was proactive in communication and answer each and every question.”

”Charming and very awesomely quirky farmhouse. Definitely like stepping back in time. Great vibe and atmosphere for a stay in The Berkshires. Much of the house is original, which makes it special. Beds were super comfortable. Great stay for a visit to Tanglewood with family. Communication with owner was excellent.”

”Our stay at the Hancock Village Inn was spectacular! We rented the Inn for my daughter’s graduation from Williams College. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms meant our entire extended family could comfortably stay together. The fully (yes- fully!) stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for our large group easily. Working with the Tafe family was wonderful–they really do go above and beyond! John allowed me a tour the house when I was up visiting my daughter in advance of our stay–so kind!...

”The house was as advertised - thank you!”

”We stayed for one night at this lovely house and we enjoyed it very much. Perfectly clean, many thoughtful and sweet details throughout, comfortable beds, quiet & private. Huge deck in the back. Easy drive up to Bennington or down to Williamstown, lots of options for fun things to do. It's easy to imagine having a longer stay here. (We didn't need it for our short stay but there's a laundry room.) Kind, responsive host. We highly recommend this home.”
