”We actually picked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. When we got there early we could not check early on a late Monday morning and we were NOT informed that the pool was empty and not available to use via the website nor when we checked in. Our entire party was very disappointed. Also the A/C unit was unusually loud and the room was very humid the entire time. ”

”Wasn't worth the money to stay there. Should've spent more and stayed somewhere else. Property seemed like it was mid construction and had no clean up crew. There was debris all over the place. The inside of the room was also full of debris, hair in the towel and dark stains on the bedding. The inside appliances also seemed to be falling apart including rust on the fridge. The bathroom had seen better days. The bathtub was in poor condition with chips in the plaster all over the tub, mold all...
