”The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. I liked being out of the traffic and chaos of Ulaanbaatar Square which was about 20 minutes away during rush hour - a cheap cab ride. ”
”I stayed here for five nights and it was amazing. I even had a balcony with a view! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location with convenient stores nearby and walking distance to all the things I wanted to see. Plus the bed was so comfy I wish I could have taken it back home with me.
