Chalet't – Sterling

”The cabin was nice. Good for what we needed for our trip.”

”The cabin was very nice. Looking forward to renting it again. The bed was very comfortable.”

”The place is exactly as described. My family’s first comment upon arrival was “It’s bigger than we expected”! We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly, professional, and responsive. We would be happy to recommend !!”

”Some pictures are not from this hotel. They are from the hotel next door”

”Stay was great. Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was decent . My only complaint was the doors to the hallway aren’t soundproof at all. There was a hockey team of young kids staying in our wing and every time one of them went out into hallway (which was every 5 minutes on the Sunday morning) the doors slamming were so loud it sounded like it was our door opening and closing. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.”

”Our usual go to when in Oswego. However, the amount of noise from 11pm - 2am each night was unacceptable, even after multiple complaints.”

”Fraudulent business - stayed here for a wedding and when we returned, the key card did not work. We were unable to access the room until staff returned at 7am. Front desk and corporate were angry and unwilling to reconcile the incident after the fact. When you book here, you risk not having a room that night”

”It was great!! Hope to stay again next year. Maybe a couple of times. Very cozy. A home away from home. Owner responded quickly about any questions or concerns we had. Great price. Great view and location.”

”Make no mistake, this is a Red Roof Inn disguised as a nice riverside hotel in Fulton. I don't have an issue with Red Roof Inn when it is priced like a Red Roof Inn. But this is not worth $160+ a night when Syracuse is just a bit farther south. There are remnants of a quaint hotel with a dilapidated dock that is off limits and closed restaurant. It is clear that this hotel has two sides. The nightly travelers stay close to the lobby while the more permanent residents live near the back. ...

”Great place to spend a week. Very quiet, lots to do. Beautiful property!”

”Beautiful and carefully preserved Italianate mansion being run by thoughtful and gracious owners. breakfast was great!”

”The room had mold in the shower. The toilet did not flush. There was a weird mirror across the headboards. It was the very bottom in price but we checked out after one night. The $30 more per night at a different hotel, was well worth it!”

”We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time...

”Clean room and reasonably priced”
