”Simple property with parking right at the door. Very clean. Very easy check in. Super nice staff.”

”The resort is large, and very beautiful. There are loads of restaurant choices, from Subway and pizza to upscale restaurants by famous chefs. We ate dinner at Hell's Kitchen, and it was fantastic. We had lunch at Martha Stewart's Bedford, and it was quite good. The spa is lovely, the pool and hot tubs were sooo relaxing, and Lisa, my masseuse was wonderful. I was there with my sisters, we had adjoining rooms, and we had a fantastic time!”

”The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why. Our room had water damage under window.”

”Bed was super uncomfortable. Walls are thin, you can hear the people talking through the walls. Soap and shampoo are poor quality.”

”When we were there, our floor, including our room smelled of feces. We checked other floors and they didn’t smell like that. We asked the front desk for assistance and they told us to just run the water. It did not help. We asked for other rooms, they said they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate that. They did not do anything to assist, nor did they provide anything to comp us for the terrible smell on our floor and in our rooms, except give us an air freshener spray, but only when we...

”You need to clean up your parking lot . It’s dirty and it stinks. That’s why I give a 4 star on condition of the property. Your staff need to be trained more with customer service. Some of them looks serious and don’t have welcoming personalities ”

”Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

”Although the hotel looks a bit dated, it was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and was good. ”

”My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. ”

”very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

”Rooms need a little updating and better cleaning. Pretty sure I saw old blood on the bed sheets. Don’t like how the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. Room service never came. I seen them in the hallway and asked if we could get our room cleaned and new towels. But got nothing. Room key didn’t work a couple times, had to go to the front office but they gave new room keys quick. Could hear the people next door loud and clear. So that was a little annoying ”
