”I felt badly for the staff. I wasn’t greeted by a person and had to make a call just to get checked in. The employee was nice, but clearly overworked and stressed because she was all alone at peak check in time. I’m sure guests got frustrated with the lack of staff and likely take it out on her. Greedy corporation. I won’t stay there again.”

”The first room was so hot we couldn’t stand it. No maintenance around. Moved to another room. Smelled like a dogs bed. Lifted up the fitted sheet and it was full of dog or cat hair. The phone didn’t work so had to run down to the receptionist each time to talk to them. They brought new sheets but not the right size and no new mattress pad. Had to walk back to reception desk to ask for right size. Had to just put sheets on bed as they no other mattress pads there. Be hard to go back there again....

”when we arrived, it was hard to find where the entrance to the hotel, We are truck drivers and we could not get in contact with anyone at the hotel by phone to even ask. I called at least 10 times to ask if they had parking or where we could park. So we booked anyways, wrong decision. When we got there, my husband did not feel good about parking for scared of possible theft. Since I didn't pay for the protection plan, I lost my $89.”
