”While it might seem a little odd to stay above a medi spa in an office type building the space was lovely. Very clean. Big spacious rooms with beautiful bathrooms. A small common area that we could watch tv and hang out. Everyone we encountered was very nice.”

”Clean home in a walkable neighborhood. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. I really appreciated 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate our large group.There were a few items missing when we arrived( coffe maker, extra towels...).I let the management company know- they replied almost immediately and had the items to us the next morning.The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness is some of the dishes had dried food on them as if thru dishwasher and not checked afterwards.”

”We stayed in both sides of the property and it was HUGE. We had a 18 person family mini reunion and with 8 adults 7 kids and 2 infants had no issues with space and everyone had a bed! The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Very clean, and well kept. Nice finishes as well. At first, we were nervous about the neighborhood and were not sure if it was safe. Next thing I know, our 9 year old son is walking over daily to play basketball with the local boys. The neighborhood is...

”My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

”Clean, well equipped and tons of space. Easy to find, short hop to Metro. Very nice place.”

”This place was bigger than I had expected!! Check in was easy and communication was in point. The kitchen had everything you needed. Plus some extras. Even extras in the restroom in case you forgot! There is a shared deck space with a grill, and a grocery store is within walking distance if you want to cook. Neighborhood was quaint and lots of families walking around. Walking distance to metro so you don't have to worry about driving in the city. I will re book!”

”Ben and Dana are wonderful hosts! They made sure our stay was comfortable. We were welcomed by the host in front of the building. There were home baked cookies and a bottle of filtered water waiting inside. The place was adorable, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and ready for us. The location is great in general, but specifically incredible for us, as our adult son lives only 2 blocks away. We visit DC every year and hope to be able to book here on our yearly visits....

The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. ”
