”The room itself was clean and nice. The halls smell old and musty. The area of the hotel we were in was under renovation . The letter I received from the hotel AFTER making a non-refundable reservation follows. Pagosa Lodge is under extensive renovation, therefore we do not have a pool or hot tub. ”My family and I had so much fun in Pagosa, the house was in a great location, about 35 minutes to ski, snow mobile etc. and 5 minutes to food and groceries! Definitely recommend for young families! ”It was the perfect house for our friends 70th birthday. 10 of us stayed. We couldn't have asked for a better property. It fit us perfectly with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and large dining table. ”The house is well-appointed and a great accommodation for 9 or 10 people. The kitchen is well supplied and the living space has a wall of windows which make use of the sunshine to light the living room, dining room and kitchen. The house is about a 7-8 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, but only 4 minutes or so to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to issues we had.”

”Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available.”
