”There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...

”For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.”

”Stopped here randomly just to break up our 12 hour drive. The beds were comfortable for what we needed. Only thing I saw that wasn't great was there were some kind of (dead) flying bugs in the bathroom sink when we arrived. We rinsed the sink out though and didn't see any more of them or any living ones so maybe just needed to be wiped out after pest control had sprayed or whatever. All in all the stay worked for what we needed.”

”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”The staff was pleasant and the rooms were basic and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning. HOWEVER, if you are a NONsmoker, this is NOT the motel for you. The smoke (cigarette & Marijuana) was so Unbearable the first night there, I had to sleep in my car(i found out when i checked in they were full) I was nauseous and almost vomited another day and had to spend the afternoon in my car, or if I was in the room I had to leave the door open. ”Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Very nice young man.The main building has a nice early century feel dating back 300 years of history. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs). I have the custom of rating cleanes buy the bathroom and must say that having black mold...

”We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience.”
