Tilava, mukava loma-asunto sijaitsee Love Pointissa, Kentin saaren pohjoisosassa, Chesapeake-lahden ytimen sydämessä. Tämä rannalla sijaitseva kiinteistö sijaitsee historiallisen Love Point Hotel -lomakeskuksen entisen alueen vieressä. Hyvinvoivat perheet veivät kerran höyrylaivat Baltimore-laiturilta tyylikkäälle lomalle (nyt Love Point State Park). Kent-saaren himoitetulla koillisosalla on näkymät huvialuksille, kalastusaluksille ja joukko villieläimiä (mukaan lukien delfiinit olosuhteissa) - ei kaupallista laivaliikennettä / kiinnityspistettä täältä päin.

Koti: Suuri Master Suite w / oma poreallas ja suihku. Viisi makuuhuonetta suurella 3. kerroksen asuntolalla, nukkuu 19-23. Yksi makuuhuone ei vaadi portaita. Täysin varusteltu gourmet-keittiö, kokin ilo! Voi mahtua 50 illalliseen sisätiloissa ruokasalissa, aurinkohuoneessa ja kahdella suojatulla aurinkoterassilla, joista kaikista on kauniit näkymät. Upea takkahuone, jossa lämmönvaihto / puhallin.

Kiinteistövälitys: Tontteja on lähes neljä hehtaaria: korkea maa talon ja pihan ympärillä, 1/2 hehtaarin vuorovesitilat ja kosteikot rantaa kohti, ja 240 metriä hiekkarantaa. Merellä sijaitsevat laiturit luovat rannalla suojatun laguunin, joka tarjoaa turvallisuuden lapsille uinnille ja kajakki- tai melontalautaoppijoille. Siellä on erinomainen lintujen tarkkailu auringonhuoneesta ja koillisesta auringon kuistilta, 40 jaardin päässä puolen hehtaarin vuorovesitilasta. Kiinteistö on suoraan veden toisella puolella Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge -alueelta. Lintujen tarkkailu on huippua aamukahvin tai hämärän aikana lajeista riippuen. Spectacular auringonlaskua veden yli. Paljon tilaa leikkiä ja vaeltaa. Ota kala ja rapuja suoraan omaisuudesta ja valmista juhla ryhmälle.

Sijainti ja alue: Kymmenen minuuttia mereneläviä ravintoloihin, baareihin, venesatamiin ja moniin muihin Kent Narrowsin aktiviteetteihin. Se on suoraan Bay Bridge -sillan yli Annapolisista ja 40 mailia St. Michaels. Lähellä DC: tä ja Baltimorea, se on vain 60 mailin päässä Springfieldistä, VA. Länsirannan vastakkaiselta tulee osa rannikkoliikennettä heti ottamalla ensimmäinen poistuminen Bay Bridge -sivuston jälkeen. A memorable vacation for 3 generations of my family. The house easily accommodated 16 of us and one dog. The house is extremely well equipped with amusements for the children, video tapes, all the cooking and baking accoutrements you will need, kayaks, bicycles, linens, towels and crab traps! The house has lots of spaces, screened in and open air porches to accommodate both introverts and extroverts. There are two lovely wineries just down the road with lovely outdoor spaces suitable for adults and kids. Hal, the property owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful home overlooking a pond and the Chester River. A nice sandy beach area with a protected area which is great for kayaking and paddleboarding, which are provided. Very peaceful and full of wildlife. Great watching the boating activity on the river as well.

We thouroughly enjoyed our week at Love Point. The house is very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family vacation of 14 people. Even with a large group there are lots of places in the house to find quiet time alone if you desire. The beach front is a great place to have morning coffee, a swim, or go paddleboarding and kyaking. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at the house, and there is a second refrigerator and freezer if you need to keep food fresh for a large group. Our host Hal was always available and attentive. We would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Wedding celebration

Since the day I booked the house, Mr. Hall was so helpful; he provided all the details we talked on the phone. I explained for him that we will be celebrating my wedding with my family. He even let us visit the house before the wedding day. He was really nice and helpful; he had all the details for the house. He kept the communication till the minute we left the property. The house is amazing; the view, the spaces, the energy of the house is amazing; it's filled with love and happiness. We will definitely come back for our 1-year anniversary.

Family Time!

My husband, children and grandchildren spent a wonderful 5 days at Love Point Idyll. The house is large and beautiful with great views of the bay and wildlife. We took many walks around the property when the weather permitted and when we weren’t visiting nearby DC. The house was well stocked with necessities and Hal was extremely gracious and quick to answer any questions. We had so much fun and the family is eager to go back for another visit.

Beautiful Space

The house was beautiful and comfortable and had lots of incredible amenities. I stayed with a group of friends and their kids and it was so lovely being able to take them down to the water and make s'mores at the firepit at night. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t get any better than Love Point Idlyll!

I have stayed at Love Point Idlyll three times and cannot wait to return! We have visited in the winter and have had a blast. It’s so beautiful. I can only imagine how great it must be in the warmer weather. We have not taken advantage of the kayaks, bikes and the private beach. The house itself is well stocked with all the essentials and lots of unexpected mew extras. It’s ideal for a larger group. Finally, Hal is a great host and very responsive. Highest rating possible zzz!

Great for group of families

We rented Hal's home for our annual "Friendsgiving" with several families. The kitchen had plenty of space and was well appointed with cooking gear to prepare a big meal. The kids loved running around outside, exploring the beach area and having s'mores around the fire pit. Hal is a great host - very responsive and helpful. Hope to come back next year!

Best House Ever!!

We’ve been going to Annapolis for a church meeting every year since 2014. In the last three years a group of us have stayed together. This was by far the biggest group of 19 and it was our best stay ever. Hal is super responsive and nice. The kitchen was well stocked, house was so clean, water was hot and beds were comfortable. Perfect view of the sunrise each morning and the beach itself was phenomenal!! Even had some little creature swimming in the pond…not sure what it was but it was supper playful and fun to watch. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy the house and sit around a fire. Planning to travel up earlier next year Lord willing!

I cannot recommend this property enough!

It is hard to put into words just how extraordinary this property is and even more so the host, Hal. I held my wedding in the backyard and every single one of my guests raved about how amazing the house was and how well set up it is for parties of our size (45ppl). It is perfect for families as there is a ton of games and activities to keep kids busy and lots of different lounge areas so you never feel on top of each other. And it’s soooooo beautiful and tranquil. As for Hal. Wow. Honestly, the best house rental host I have ever had. He went above and beyond both ahead of time and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and more. It is clear he has hosted for a while because there are a lot of thoughtful touches in the house that really enhance guest experience (ex: xtra sunscreen and bug spray stocked down at the beach) . Overall, don’t think twice about booking this place. It is incredible! Thank you Hal for everything!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and stayed here with our large family. It was the perfect setup for us. Loved the views and the home. The host was very responsive as well.

Easy Relaxing Stay

We rented this property for our annual work retreat. It was remote enough to be peaceful (and on the water!) and close enough to restaurants and groceries to keep us stocked. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked. Thank you!

Great location for group stay

I stayed here with a group of 5 coworkers for a team-building week. The house was a great location as it had lots of spaces for us to spread out when needed, as well as come together for meals and discussions. It's a historic home with funky decor - not modern but very comfortable and has everything you need. The short walk to the private beach is unbeatable. Would definitely come back!
