Chalet #27 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort, set along the Lake Michigan shoreline and surrounded by the natural beauty that defines this stretch of the coast. Guests enjoy private beach access and full use of resort amenities, including three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball, beach volleyball, playgrounds, ponds, and more.



The Space:

Chalet #27 features a warm, wood-lined interior with a comfortable living area, TV, and sliding doors that open to a spacious deck with partial lake views. The dining area offers a casual setting for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for easy cooking during your stay. Natural light fills the space, creating a relaxed lake retreat atmosphere.



Upstairs, both bedrooms offer flexible, family-friendly sleeping arrangements, ideal for groups traveling together. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on the main level.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included for convenient arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available.



Chalet on the Lake is a private lakefront community with wide views of Lake Michigan and a long-standing, family-friendly atmosphere. Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.



Situated along the serene shoreline of Stevensville, the Resort also places you within moments of Southwest Michigan’s most treasured experiences. Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Chalets are duplex style. This rental is for one half of the duplex and guests will share a wall with the occupant of the adjacent unit.



To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.



All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.



The minimum age to rent this home is 25.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



Please note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only. Common areas are not air-conditioned.



A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.



Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
