”It's a typical hotel on the highway. If you're looking for the Ritz, this isn't it but it's clean, comfortable, has a VERY helpful staff and the breakfast offerings were good. Overall I like this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. You can't beat the location and local fast food choices were very good. Overall, a pleasant stay.”

”They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

”Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

”The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

”Hot tub was out of service One of the pillows had a very bad smell (like old stinker sneakers). I had to put it in the bathroom so I could sleep No bottled water in the room for the coffee maker”

”I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom”
