”We stayed for our 34th anniversary 2 days ago and found Lisa and her mother lovely, accommodating, and pleasant. Lisa had come from Colorado and had only been the owner about 2 months but one would never know that. It was perfect! They even allowed our Colorado daughter ( who was attending her 25th u of va reunion) to have brunch with us the morning we left. Hot tub, jacuzzi, beautiful room, friendly and helpful owner…. What was there not to like? Ty, Lisa! We shall be back!”

”The assistant manager that we talked to a couple of times (and checked us in) was very helpful in offering suggestions on activities/dining. The room was spacious and a good value. Everything was clean. The afternoon tea and cookies was nice. They have a large pool available; however, the advertising stated it was heated, but it felt pretty cold. Overall, good value and would stay again!”

”The hotel is only 2 months old and is spotless! Great rooms and the public spaces are incredible. Soaring ceilings and great meeting spaces. There's large windowed room near the elevator on each floor that's a great place to work or start your day in quiet if you're an early riser like me. Great property and lots of passion in their service. It's only 10 to 15 minutes walking to anywhere on campus. A must stay in Charlottesville.”

”We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...

”The stay was very average. Positives is it is a beautiful complex with trails and access to the sports complex. Negatives are that they ran out of towels for one of the days at both the pool and in our room, spider webs on the balcony railings and chairs, found items in our room that were not ours and left from prior stays, and the pool was very underwhelming (no towels, pool bar closed, and not nearly enough chairs).”

”The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.”

”My stay was good overall. The shower was a little dingy and could use a good scrub or replacement and the towels smelled musty. But the continental breakfast was great, the staff friendly, and the bed comfy. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

”Rich in history, excellent wine tasting experience at adjoining Pippin Hill Farms and Winery. We enjoyed feeding the chickens! The concierge folks were so helpful and nice. Beakfast every morning was delicious!”

”Very friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Room was huge and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The only downside was the cleaning - a previous customer had hidden empty alcohol bottles in the room's cabinets that were left there for us to find - that made me feel a bit uneasy. But in all a good visit regardless.”

”Love the service snd location. The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. The rooftop bar cb so much better with an upgrade that included more TV’s (( including outside) and a bigger bar. They should spend some money and model it after the Auburn facility.”
