”Sehr schöne und familiär eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Terrasse ist natürlich ein Highlight. Sonst auch alles sehr sauber und mehr als gut ausgestattet. Viel Strandzubehör in der Wohnung was echt nett ist. Kommunikation mit Piero war super! Danke!”

”It is a very nice and comfortable house. Everything is quiet new and works very well. The communication with luigi is very easy. We enjoyed our stay in Cuile Novo. There are only two pojnts which could be better. There are two young cats, which are always around you and jumping on your table, even when eating. The shower was cold and you have to adjust the "Vaillant" operation panel to get warm water :-).”

”The house was great, just like on the pictures and Fabrizio answered all questions in a short turnaround. The only 2 things I would mention is nothing to do with Fabrizio's property, but still worth knowing: - the house is on the hill, app. 20 mins walk uphill from the closest shop (not too many around)/restaurant/beach. So if you were thinking of going without a car, think again :). It is manageable, we did it, but it needs lot of organisation and some stamina. - the neighbours on the left had...

”Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr geniessen können. Es hat uns, ausgenommen WLAN, an nichts in der Unterkunft gefehlt. Der Pool war sauber, der Garten etwas karg. Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung. Vernünftige Einkaufsmärkte liegen 30 Minuten entfernt. Die Ferienanlage war im Herbst wie ausgestorben. Die Lage ist dennoch gut für eine Vielzahl an Unternehmungen. Es ist ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.”

”Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!”
