”Unprofessional communication. I could not contact them ( and Expedia could not contact them) . The telephone numbers were not current on the contact info on Expedia site or website. Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence.”

”Room was clean and comfortable. Stsff were helpful and stired ohr luggage forvus because we arrived early. It included a small continental breakfast because the hotel is under construction. Super close to bus and train station with a glass walkway over rails . Close to all amenities under 10 min walk.”

”The staff were lovely extremely helpful. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade things like towels were clean but very worn and thin. Bring your own. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was traditional.”

”The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. ”Great location in the shores of Loch Ard with nice rooms and beautiful garden. Swimming pool and saunas are great after walking in the hills. Aberfoyle village nearby has grocery store and places to eat. ”
