This accommodation is located 7 km from Lake Constance, in beautiful Wahlwies right next to the apple orchards and invites you to take many walks. The 2-room apartment consists of a dining room, which leads into the living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning and escape the heat in the shade in the evening. The terrace is open to the east.

The bathroom with window has a bathtub with shower. Towels for daily use are provided, but you will need your own towels for swimming in the lake. The apartment is perfect for two adults looking for some peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The dining room is furnished with a cozy dining table. The bed-sitting room rounds off the whole thing with a beautiful queen-size bed (160m x 200m). Bed linen is provided. In the front area facing the terrace there is a small couch that invites you to read or watch TV (satellite TV). The kitchen is small but nice, the filter coffee machine makes for cozy hours. The kitchen has an oven (top and bottom heat), a dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. The house consists of two parts, on the first floor is the apartment with a separate entrance, the owner lives on the upper floor. The house is supplied by pellet heating. The train station is a 3-minute walk away and offers a good starting point for various excursions in the surrounding area. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Parking is possible in the immediate vicinity. There is also a bakery within 5 minutes walking distance.
