”Everything was what we expected. The statements about the driveway are accurate. The only cleanliness issue was the coffee maker had grounds left from previous user. Good selection of movies after a long day fishing. Kitchen had all that was necessary to cook and serve for 6 people dish soap was limited but dishwasher worked well. Gas grill worked well and had plenty of propane for grilling. Overall birthday weekend was a success. Thank you!”

”Such a fun place to stay! Prospect place is stocked with anything you could need and more. Everything as described by owner. Check in and out was a breeze. Walking distance to bars and restaurants was perfect for nights out. We had a great weekend celebrating friendship and life in a truly unique space.”

”The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner...
