”An incredible experience! The Inkwell Suite is such a comfortable, modern, and warm room. Do yourself a favor and book this room!The Tempur-pedic mattress was extremely comfortable. Rental properties can feel like a gamble sometimes with mattress quality, but the owners of the Spofford Lodge spared no expense to furnish their rooms with high quality items. The bathroom is luxurious and spacious! A shower stall and separate bath is so nice! The heated floors and towel rack are such incredible...

”Road noise, even with ear plugs, was a lot. Did not like having thermostat control. Host was responsive to remote temperature change request. The curtains and lack of curtains allow in too much light from passing cars and the sun. The bed was smaller than I expected. However it was mentioned in the description. The home itself was very beautiful and cozy. Nice view. Loved the books and board games available in the home. You can tell the host takes pride in their property. ”

”The house is decent and located in a good neighborhood and about 30-35 mins away from the Boothbay harbor. The instructions from the host were pretty clear. The house had ample towels and toiletries. The one thing I would like to mention is the host should think about providing fans in all the rooms, since there is no ventilation and they have only one spilt air conditioning unit in the passage upstairs which does not give air to the 3 individual rooms. It got really hot in the rooms. ”
