”Room didn't seem clean despite the smell of floor cleaner. Ants, live and dead, kept dropping on the bed from a non-working light socket above the bed. Had to move the bed to other part of the room to allow us to sleep. Resort was noisy, with a group in the picnic area below our room. For all these issues, we could not report any of these due to very limited hours over the weekend that the reception was open.”

”We had an absolutely amazing stay at Santai Resort in Casuarina. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful Balinese-inspired décor made us feel like we’d been transported to Bali. The lush gardens, stunning statues, tropical plants, sparkling pools and peaceful atmosphere created the perfect place to relax.
Our apartment was spotless, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. It comfortably accommodated two couples, with plenty of privacy thanks to the thoughtful layout.
