”AC worked well, water was hot with good pressure, room was quiet, but the guy that checked me in (I think maybe the manager) made it very clear that checking me in was a nuisance. Also the bed was pretty hard, & there were a couple things that needed cleaned-the curtain was actually really dirty where everyone pulls it back. But the worst was the rude check in. Besides that it was okay”

”Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

”The beds were so comfortable! The Lodge is located in Keystone, but kind of off the main drag, so it was peaceful. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions for what to see and do!”

”We stayed a few nights here and really enjoyed it. It’s an upgraded old motel with some cabins and a larger lodge up the hill. Across from the abandoned false ghost town, so that was fun. Most of the cabins have a gas grill and there is one at the lodge for the other units. Fire rings and picnic tables provided some nice outdoor spaces to compliment the smaller indoor spaces. Cindy was super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is light (cereal, toast, fruit, coffee) but just right. Good home...

”The motel was well kept and it was clean. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and tourist shops. It was a short drive to Mt. Rushmore and to Rapid City. The rooms had a microwave and a mini fridge in case you bring snacks or drinks with you. It was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone making the trip out to Rapid City to see the Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, the Crazy Horse memorial or wherever your travels might...
