”Perfect house for our family holiday! Enough room for the family to enjoy, babies to have nap space, small children to play with the dog and adults to have mingling areas. Host was amazing, provided prelit tree for us to decorate, fabulous and amazingly appointed kitchen (2 dishwashers!!!).Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are amazing (need time to enjoy that huge tub). I cannot say enough about how wonderful this space was for our needs.It may be a recurring rental for our family!!”

”Host was available when we needed the heat turned on and when it was too hot: it was still warm in our bedrooms, we cracked the windows. One solution is leave the remote for our needed adjustments. Also would love to have hooks in the bathroom. Thanks Joseph”

”We had a terrific stay in the Kingston/Stone Ridge area over a long fall weekend. The house exceeded our expectations and we all appreciated the great house layout and outdoor spaces. The house had everything we needed for our family and dogs and was in a great location within quick drive to the many small towns, rail trails, dining and open space/hiking trails in the area. Already looking forward to our next stay.”

”Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. ”

”The interior bedroom pictures we found to be very accurate. Shower and Bathroom was excellent. Interior very well appointed. Bedding, beds, pillows, towels all comfortable and good quality. The home is a much older, historic type home. Although the home was clean, their was a smell during our stay that reminded us of pet smells.
