”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.”

”Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.”

”It is hard to believe that in today's media world, the guest rooms do not have the local network channels available. The cable channels in the room were garbage. Strangely, it appeared that the local channels were playing in the restaurant?? How can that possibly be!!”

”I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

”Ours was a quick overnight stay as part of a road trip. Convenient location and efficient stopover. Perfect!”

”Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property.”

”Excellent service”

”We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was new, clean & beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. Our only concern was with having a handicapped room, it was the farthest possible from the elevators. Thought it would be a step in shower or tub. Also the lift in the pool for handicapped did not work.”

”It was clean”

”Just the most charming hotel I've ever been in. The surroundings are nothing like I've ever experienced. You felt like you were in some old middle European town. The hotel it self was unique in all aspect. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was in top condition with most whimsical TV I've ever encountered (behind a painting). Bathroom was big and modern. Prices for the room and breakfast were a bit on the pricey side but well worth it on our vacation tour.”

”Breakfast was terrible. Hot items were egg whites, turkey bacon and chicken sausage. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and the food has always been good. The front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and entertaining”
