”However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. ”To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions.
Biggest issue was the state of our room.
Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff.
Needs a full makeover.
No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained.”
