”Room not very clean, sink filled up with water every time I used it, no drawers to put your clothes in, can't take the stairs and elevator was always dirty and/or stinky, signs say no smoking but I could smell weed and smoke the whole time (5 nights) I was there and had to put a towel at the bottom of my door to try to keep the smell out, paid for a breakfast biscuit that was nasty - had to go down and order and wait (no room service), treadmill out of order, had to go down to the lobby level...

”DO Not stay here!! I should have listened to my gut and heeded the red flags everywhere. The carpet's are worn and filthy. There are no working amenities. There were things left in the room from a previous guest. There was rust and exposed wires in the fridge. We left after one night and couldn't get a refund 😡”

Additionally, the receptionist was not at the desk upon my arrival, and I had to wait over 15 minutes before she returned to check me in. When she did arrive, I was rushed and informed that I only had about three minutes to inspect the room before additional charges would be applied due to the check-in time. ”I wasn't very impressed with none of the staff at first only one and that was Rita she is just beautiful but after the next few times that I stayed there I'm at the gentleman named asish and at first he was a little not so nice but eventually he was very sweet and he was very kind and he was very helpful to me I am very happy I got to know him he is very sweet person”
