I am extremely disappointed with both this property and its refusal to work with us on a reasonable resolution.
I booked this hotel through Expedia for my mother and aunt, who were traveling to Austin to attend a family funeral. The photos online made the property appear attractive and welcoming, but the reality of the surrounding area was very different.
Shortly after arriving, they witnessed homeless individuals loitering around the area, including one person urinating in...

”the level of noise in the hotel after midnight is not acceptable. many residents are active till early morning. drinking, loughing, having sex, walking and slamming doors all night. the noise was coming from at least 3 rooms nearby and from a higher floor. it became ok only closer to 5am.
i messaged reception at 2am and no one responded even in the morning. tbh I have not expected much: the guy on the reception was not the type who is capable of any kind of enforcement.
