”Everything was great we enjoyed our stay there”

”Staff was excellent, the breakfast was good. But unfortunately, there was cockroaches in our room and we had to switch rooms at 12:45 AM. I was grossed out and didn’t get but two hours of sleep even after we switch rooms because I was so afraid that there was gonna be some in the new room. I had a long day after cancer treatment in San Francisco. I just wanted to come to a nice clean room to get some rest before our 4 Hour Drive back home and that did not happen. It was more so the staff the next day that seemed to busy to tend guests and were rushing around.”

”We just needed a room to spend the night before an early morning appointment in Pleasanton. Specific comments on Room 162; Slow drains for bathroom sink and bathtub - unfortunately we found as we were getting ready for sleep. The room seem aged and the ceiling had been repaired. We need to say again for another early appointment. Hopefully the next room will be much better.”
