”We were given an adjoining room, without being told or agreed to, and we could hear everything in the adjoining as if we were with the people in that room. ”The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...
