”The staff were welcoming and accommodated a midnight check-in with no issues. The hotel is warm and inviting with modern amenities and well presented especially with origins from the 15th century!! Excellent friendly service and perfect location, right on a main shopping and dining thoroughfare also within a few mins walk to the train station. Highly recommend! ”

”The room was very clean and warm comfortable the only problem we had was the shower wasn’t hot but Luke warm it was late when we had are shower so couldn’t mention it and we were there for one night. In the morning when we had breakfast we did mention this issue. The staff member that looked after us for breakfast was lovely made sure we had everything the cooked breakfast was lovely her name was iessie she was amazing would differently come again this is our second visit in a year.. ”

”The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. Our Host David is lovely and put up a Happy Birthday Banner for my Hubby nice touch ⭐️ ”

”We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. ”

”A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. But overall, highly recommended for a chilled summertime couple of nights away. Top tip: the folks at the cafe opposite are very friendly and serve a great...
